I used to go every single day without fail for 6 months and loved it.

I go less nowadays because i got too busy with other things, but other than that i still enjoy the gym.

Used to go but now I dont go that often, maybe once a week or twice if im feeling good, started having busier life, playing other sports, and also gym is kinda cope cuz no one cares if u have muscles.

the incontestably best workout split is upper body 3x a week this will maximize gains, without wasting any time in the gym, each session takes about half-an-hour to an hour, so u only need to be in gym 1.5-3 hours a week 2 sets per muscle group, chest, shoulders, upper back, lats, triceps...

I like the strength training/powerlifting stuff my workouts consist of 3x4 bench or squat and maybe something like curls, tricep extensions or shoulder press

I have a gym membership too but Id rather just use my squat rack at home because I don’t really care if it’s optimal and I don’t want to be around a bunch of people
