First of all Im 21, 6’0. If none of this works its not a big issue not like Im gonna cry I don’t rot on here or at home anywayw so Im good but it would be a cool addition. Please just High IQ answers and people with knowledge. Thanks. So I did quite alot of research one pretty much every Forum, asked various AI‘s etc. how to get more Bonemass (I know height is out of question) so its just a face thing. Btw I thought of everything Aromasin, Metformim, HCG.
I could theoretically hop on
Test 250mg Weekly
HGH 2IU daily for 4 weeks
then 4IU for 4 weeks
and then 7.5IU for another 8 weeks.
So a 16 Week Cycle followed by an 1 Month (4 Week) PCT.
And then hop on the 16 Week Cycle again.
Supplements would be:
B12 - 1000mg Weekly
L-Glutamine 10g/Daily
Magnesium(Glycinat) - 400mg/Daily
Zink - 30mg/Daily
Calcium - 1200mg/Daily
Vitamin D3 & K2 - 4000IU/Daily
Omega3 - 3g/Daily
Niacin(Flush) - 500mg/Daily
Tudca - 500mg/Daily
Glucosamin - 1500mg/Daily
Would Workout 5x a Week, 8 Hours of Sleep, Diet includes Raw Milk, Raw Dairy, Red Meat, Wild Fish, Raw Honey, Sun, Natural Hygenic Products. (Not that its important ik)
Could anyone tell me if its cope so I don‘t waste my time and money?
