I believe this is my first looksmaxing question, should I train traps or not?

I believe they do make my frame appear a bit smaller, but I don't wish to look too aesthetically unpleasing if I leave them untrained.

i wouldn’t train them, makes it look like you have two necks

It contributes by being around the same area though
ok lets say it like that an overdeveloped trap area will look bad, its ok when its trained, but i wouldnt target it directly it will grow passivly enough. its uneastethic.

Oh yeah, I'm definitely not planning on targeting them but more so asking about indirect stimulation of the muscle instead. I've been told by a friend who is a gymcel that my traps are underdeveloped for the rest of my body since I'm on steroids

are you on T? with a shirt on, even bulbous traps look good from the front and back. Shirtless though, traps that are too big don't look as aesthetically pleasing from the front (different story from the back.) So with a shirt on, if your traps form a nice triangle, no need to train, otherwise train.

Only test and superdrol atm.

I'll occasionally use insulin on days when I need a pump, I've had bigger traps in the past but it genuinely ruined my frame so I'm not sure what point to train them until.

makes it a bit harder to suggest then because when natty, trap training wont make them massive.
Attach a picture with and without shirt so people can guide better. IMO trap play more of a masculinity/aggressiveness role (compared to say shoulders which play attractiveness role.)
Since you are on steroids, lateral raises, deadlifts, and shit will train them so I wouldn't.

i wouldn't recommend training traps, they grow from doing other compound exercises like deadlifts. imo traps ruin more physiques than make them.

just do rows it will hit all ur midback

i like incline rows personally
