My question is strict. Surgical ascension only.
Do you have an impostor syndrome now? Especially if you have jaw-chin implants in your face, maybe bimax...

My guess : You probably dont give a single fuck while fucking foids left and right.

Sort of related: taking steroids gave me impostor syndrome for a few years but with sexual market inflation I now see my body as merely average and steroids as an unfortunately necessary medication for my terrible genetics rather than a competitive advantage.

I think implants and surgery will become mainstream soon - or more likely, massive filler use among males since there are not enough maxfacs to go around. So if you get surgery now you may feel like an impostor for a while but inflation will eventually catch up.

When I lost ~35kg I got treated way better but you don't forget the years of disgusted looks and body language you've gotten.

I started as a low tier normie to start with and saw surgeries I had as corrections. I never tried to be chad, just a better version of myself, as a means to an end, not an end in itself. Looking better automatically makes people you interact with treat you with respect, so it’s easier for you to be yourself. And, people I looked up to because of their looks, now I don’t idolize them as I’m lot more comfortable being me. If anything, lack of self awareness before surgeries kept me confident, and after surgeries, I’m okay that I’m not perfect but gave it my best shot and ended up better. My self esteem hasn’t changed much because it has to with achievements and not how I look. Short answer, no, I feel more like myself, more self actualized. Also keep in mind, I was never trying to be a chad.
