@RealSurgerymax I saw you talking about implant material a few years ago and you said it was a rather irrelevant thing.

Do you still stand by it? Medpor, silicone, titanium, peek, pmma, all can yield great results, even if some are a tad better than others? You obviously prefer peek and titanium, but just as a rule of thumb, if the difference is as big as some people (who aren't experienced with implants) propose.

I imagine proper aesthetic recommendations for the surgery + a good design matter much more?
