Question to shitskins living in the west

I know this is a blackpill forum obviously, but IRL, how bad is the racism truly?
I'm not referring to girls and dating here. We all know how that works out.
I'm referring more to social interactions with students, employees etc. Any subtle instances of racism? Any experiences where white men are given preferences when it comes to things like job promotions, events etc?

More than white men. You have to be the same ethnicity as your boss or your group. Asians, Jews and Indians follow nepotism and usually give a strong preference for their own. I have even seen instances of managers rejecting people who are way more qualified and deserving for a bumfuck who is the same skin color and speaks the same language as them

Same for me. The racism is subtle. Many people have predefined stereotypes of what someone from certain country needs to look and behave like.
