How do you not sweat in the summer? Looks like i dont have enough time to not be fat anymore by summertime, and im going to the states during he holidays and its hot asf there. In general, how do you cope with heat? I thought about just going lower calories than i already am since i always feel colder when im on a cut, is that bad? Any other suggestions? Im not trynna emberass myself

I wish bro lwk i get hot fast. I already lost a lot of weight but i still get hot like pretty fast so idk
