Once you are past the newbie stage how can even take gym and training seriously ? you have to be super disciplined to gain barely anything taking all those protein shakes to gain 0.1 inch on you arms in a month man just lol :lul:

man it feels so good to be on cycle you know the more effort you put ( go harder in gym , strict clean high protein diet and 8+hrs of sleep) the more you are gonna get the strength gains are stupid fast on 500mg test e per week these natties with their pre workouts can never ever feel that nasty pump 500mg test e running in your viens gives you that 3000+ng/dl speaking

You can get very satisfacoty results and just be lean still better than just being skinny fat
