so people say zygo pulling is cope in the sense that it grow ur zygomaticus muscle,but it is effective if ur trying to drain the lymphatic fluid or whatever. Now I am not in anyway defending this incel exercise but it was just a thought. Also I saw some greys saying that lymphatic drainage is also cope, though it is true that it's not cope.
