i mean u can softmax 1 tier usually, sometimes more or less, from mtn to htn or ltn to mtn if ur young enough(under 16) and nichemax too

yeah i guess by getting lean because when im 19% bf im like mtn and then when im 12% im low htn range

You could easily ascend 0.25-0.5 if you gymmax and then get to 12% bf
