implants, fillers are temporary

Fillers
- Cheap
- No risk
- Can migrate but very low chance if not overdone
- no Downtime
- Can get them anywhere
- Need to get redone I think yearly im not sure(not permanent)
- Dissolvable if not satisfied with results
- Predictable
- good for small movements/touch ups

Implants
- Very expensive
- Risk of infection, bone resorption, among other things(depends on what type of implants and placement)
- Permanent
- Need to get them done with a good surgeon so most of the time you have to travel and pay flight fees, hotel fees, food fees.
- Has a downtime(time off work, swelling, hotel stays)
- If unsatisfied with results you will either need to get them removed or a revision(more downtime and fees)
- realistic and mimics bone
- good for bigger movements
