I went to a dermatologist with mild acne and said I wanted to get rid of that shit then she asked me if I wanted to get accutane but I said no because I was a pussy scared of the sides and she got me epiduo which didn't work. Now I'm on tret but I still regret saying no and I already have the next appointment. So go to a dermatologist and just ask. Btw also please rep me

For me personally that didn't happen but yes usually isotret is the last resort but if you ask and insist on it they will most likely agree. If you want higher chances to get it do everything to make your face look worse before the appointment and larp that you already did otc retinoids and skincare

Idk I usually only inform myself over things to improve skin but touching it overly with dirty hands overusing harsh acid for peeling should be good. But it should not be a big problem to get it prescribed js try
