Leanmaxx, get enough nutrition though, and never starve.

Sleep is very important, 8+ hours is non-negotiable, however it's most crucial in puberty.

It's important to find a hair style that fits your face, it's gonna be awkward while in the process of growing it out, but it's worth it if done properly til the end

your nose and lips are fine, however haircuts can also influence the way your nose and lips are seen

Other than that, a simple lip balm and clear skin around your nose can make it more refined, and helping clean the sebum and oil glands around your nose can make it look thinner too. Don't stress bro you look fine, you have a strong jaw too, get orthodontist appointment and get an assessment to see if you need any other enhancements
