They do two separate things, one grows hair and one is frauding hair growth. Use both consecutively and dont get oral minoxidil it bloats you

there is topical minoxidil which you apply to areas where you want hair growth, and oral minoxidil that comes in tablets. dont use oral since it tends to cause bloating in the face
