You should probably only bonesmash the extremities of your skull structure. The nasion is too close to your brain so it might be too dangerous.

I have a hump on my nose not that bad but I just want my nasion to swell so it looks straight

Thats kind of smart but also kind of ridiculous. It might actually work. In theory it would work but you would need to add a lot of mass to that area in order to make it look straight. Its debatable if bonesmashing creates osteogenesis at all so just be careful.
