First: Does anyone know of any good/trustworthy guides for bsing?
Second: What are the possible negatives? I did like a quick 10 minute search on it and some random sources said not recommended due to it creating heavy asymmetry and uneven calluses, but idk if that’s just random internet bullshit or an actual thing i should worry about. this is the main question i was wondering about
