How often do i apply castor oil and topical minoxidil and ordinary lash serum to eyebrows? 2x a day or 1x a day? cuz ordinary lash serum says 2x a day, or do i just apply ordinary 2x a day and others 1x a day, also can i use topical minox / castor oil on my eyelashes too or just my eyebrows?
