I am 16 and bloated ASF so i want to know if fasting will help.
1.How do i fast for igf-1?
2.Will i debloat if i fast?
3.Can i only drink water for 18 hours and then eat carbs high foodsfor the rest day?
4Cani do it for two days straight?
5.Will i lose growth if i do it?

I wouldnt fast when young dont want any days without tons of nutrients to help me grow be bloated for a while and eat everything you need to grow properly

You can intermittent fast

Eat lots of protein

if you fast and your puberty hasnt endend then you will stunt your growht. Sure gh and igf levels go up but withouth food nothing cant be built.

i got cooked by fasting bro dont do it

I do it because food makes me lazy so I eat only at night and go the whole day with coffee and cigs.

To debloat you need potassium, chloride take 5g a day, will make you piss a lot, try to avoid water after taking it but drink a lot before, do it for 2/3 days every week before an important day, or take 3g daily for sustainable results.

Basically before night, right? Because i need at least 3-4L of water a day. And on top of that i qm taking creatin.

what I basically did when I used it was to start ideally 1/2 days before Saturday night, so Thursday I would take 5g, and then Friday 5g and then Saturday depending if I was still bloeated or not I would take 5g if still bloated or a bit less like 3g if I wasn’t.

For the water you don’t need to worry until the actual event day, so in my case Saturday, I would drink as much as possible in the morning and then take it 5/4h before going out and stop drinking water at all or just baby sips all night.

Idk if you smoke or not but cigs worked really good for me when I combined them with it, if you don’t it’s fine.
