Just don’t rly look at these forums what I’d reccomend is just drink a lot of water, do workouts at least 2 times per week minimum, be active as possible and sleep 9 hours every day with an exact schedule. That’s pretty much everything, and the rest of the forums are useless, so I’d reccomend do what I said and just leave

look dude so if what you r saying is right then your most likley above average in your country, and seeing that if you are a late bloomer you should be perfectly okay. Also, the best way to boost your height is to eat whole foods, also a very nutritional diet, good training and very good sleep.
