He found out that the girl was Jewish later on, not before finding her.

He invaded Russia because he believed that that land belonged to the Aryan race. He wanted to create "living space" or "lebensraum" in German.

Not sure about this one. I think it is the love for the animals. Nazis loved animals, and biology.

Slavs were seen as subhuman, or "uttermench" in German. I don't remember the reason quite, but yeah.
