So I picked up some 1% hydrocortisone cream today at Walgreens with intentions to use it on my nose and was wondering if I should use it at night or in the morning and how often should I use it? Also should I leave it on for 5 minutes then rub it off or leave it without wiping it off?

Morning, and yes leave it on for 5 minutes only since you got 1% hydrocortisone, you have to wipe it off
