1. What foods should I avoid in my diet (ex: seed oils, processed sugar/junk food, etc)?
2. How much should I be in a calorie deficit? I don't want to lose the little muscle I already have.
3. Should I wait before pinning test or doing any stetoids? I'm low T for my age (18) but I heard the testosterone aromatizes in estrogen if you're high body fat.
4. Which gym split should I do as a beginner if I have a busy schedule and I want to still maximize my gains?
5. How much g of protein, carbs and fat should I take?
6. Which diet should I follow? Should I follow an animal based diet or some bullshit like keto, carnivore, primal or is it a meme?
7. Should I intermittent fast?
8. Which form of cardio should I do and how much per week?
9. Should I pin reta?

I'm 18, 5'4", 156lbs and roughly around 25% body fat

1. Nothing really, if it is purely for gymcel purposes then you could really eat Hersheys everyday and still be lean
2. 2-300 calories max, will help you maintain the muscle you have

5. Just focus on protein intake really, 2x your bodyweight in kg for protein, so if 60kg BW then intake at least 120g protein, after that, to not cook your hormones, have some fats and then just fill rest with carb
6. Doesn't matter - it's cals in vs cals out

8. Incline walking or stair master, and just enough to get that 2-300 cal deficit

Don't wait any longer, either run your own test or get trt forget worrying about a gym split just move and eat the more you eat the more you will grow. For 7 if your goal is size no, and for cardio just walk alot. reta legit stops you from eating so it defeats the point of gaining size and muscle because your less hungry.

You couldve gotten taller if you found out about pharmas when ur plates were open but its too late
Yeah it's too late did an xray 1 month ago and my doctor told me my plates are closed, only thing I can do now is frauding with height insoles and LL surgery.

Genuinely wanna kms my parents fucked me up badly, they fed me junk food all my puberty and were never there for me now my mental health is fucked and I'm a fucking recessed manlet. My mom smoking through pregnancy just proves they didn't give 2 fucks. I realistically need 100k to 200k for surgeries alone now, I was born to be doomed. I'll never reach mtn, hell I'll never reach ltn.
