Questions about low dose of accutane ?

Skin isn't terrible, but it's not great. Has been getting worse rn for some reason. Was on Accutane a while back when I was a teenager, like 4 years ago, but the dermatologist fucked it up and gave me way too high a dose. Looking into taking a longer-term low dose, around 10mg daily for a year or longer, maybe up it to 20mg. Does anyone here have any experience with this, and would anyone suggest against this?

10 mg is a good starting point
