I have slightly asymmetrical face : my left face looks somewhat bigger because the masseter there is stronger, consequence of me chewing primarily with left jaw since puberty.
My questions are :
1. Does mewing help me improve my facial symmetry in the long run (I'm already 27 now)?
2. Since I got bigger left face, should I primarily chew with the right side now or rather with both sides?
