MK-667 is a growth hormone secretagogue . It works by acting as a ghrelin mimetic, when ghrelin levels are raised within the body, your pituary releases more GH and GH signals the liver to release IGF-1

MK-677 will act like exogenous GH therapy, except that effects and efficiency will be reduced.
