i did one long time ago, but for anti-aging.
I recall the need for managing to not become insuline resistant. I think i took Berberine for that, to manage that risk.
I recall it water bloating it some time and i ate to much on it so bloated more fat as well due to food intake.
i was retard back than. LEAN (low fat %) = LAW
