how should ur meals look like before the GH spike? people say certain things like carbs can blunt the GH … but some say u can eat low gi though

i just need a general list of do’s and dont’s of what to do before and after ur GH spike

pin 30-60min prior sleeping, if you want to help your bloodsugar dont eat anything after the injection and make sure youre not digesting something that is spiking your insulin. If your bloodsugar is fine, you could eat carbs afterwards, it might give you a slight igf-1 boost, but all in all i‘d say having a good bloodsugar is better.
