So i did mi first ultrasonic cavitation session few days ago, and in this timeline i was wondering how to maximize recovery and fluid drainage post uc cavitation.
So from what i learned the basis are drinking more water, light cardio, gua sha, potassium, the normal things you would do to debloat.
But seeing some Anton Verada's reels and tik toks i saw that he recommends stuff like bpc-150, tbc 500 to help with inflanmation, some linphatic drainage tools that costs like 200 dollars, or other complicated stuffs like micro current and all that.
So i was wondering, Is all this things really necessary to achieve results with uc cavitation, or can i just stick to the basic things of debloating and be consistent?
Because for me, after one session and doing simple debloating stuffs, i think its all fine, even tought i burned both of my cheecks now its all normal.
