How do you maintain your T levels after going off steroids and do you tend to preserve a decent chunk of your gains? also is it worth just doing steroids immediately or just start working out decently beforehand, what would you say is the most optimal time to start using them?

after you stop the roids you will slowly lose your gains and you will always have low test levels

u should hop on once ur consistent , know how to eat and know how to train properly

I assumed that but do you not retain a level of your gains that you would not have gotten if you were natty, because I assume most users here must have a protocol to restore their test after they are satisfied with their look and want to hop off
 
u should hop on once ur consistent , know how to eat and know how to train properly
And what abt the long term plan for when you hop off? what should you be doing to minimize loss of gains and to not have nuked T levels

sure i can, ur test levels it gradually recovers afterward especially if you're young, assuming most of us here in the forum aren't 40 yo men k can a hundred percent guarantee you that most of the "side" and "after" effects of hopping on are usually examples gotten out of older men because there isn't much public research on how it affect teens, if you weren't abusing compounds for years being a forty year old man muscle doesn't just vanish overnight either You might lose some water weight and some of the extra size that came from being enhanced which is only like 15 to 20% because when ur pinning ur hormones are its peak but if you continue to train and eat good actual muscle tissue you've built doesn't magically evaporate bc ur off cycle lol and no like i explained before u don't just remain with low t forever hypothetically even if youre old there things like pct

Go on trt after u have finished no point of going back u might lose most of the gains

also this might sound like cope but something that helped a buddy of mine who competed in body building for a long time was fenugreek but im not so sure

ofc bro, its bc most of the shit google says isn't about what actually happen to teens there is so much propaganda trying to stop young folks from hopping on but is actually amazing coming from someone who did it before my test levels are perfectly fine rn

tren a and test , i was also on var for a while but i had to stop because i got cancer lol


EDIT: my cancer was not caused by the cycle lmao

nah, it was genetics sadly, a lot of my family members had leukemia in the past so i kinda have it too but dont pussy out from hopping on ur not gonna get cancer bro lol

I don't even mind most of the side effects my only concern that I have ever had is how tf am I going to hide it and to when to take it when I start working out

3 years here and never bothered to research

People will get lazy with their training and diet then evnetually plateo and up their roids instead of training right
Dieting and training is simple anyways

this is assuming theyre doing it to build muscle

Some people should be on roids and even if i didnt work out id be on them
Just alot lower doses
for QOL
