If you're walking 16km daily but lowkey undereating just how much damage will this do to your hormonal profile? Does it even matter if ur hormones are shit if you're past puberty and you dont care to grow any taller or for facial development?

Can you efficiently leanmaxx doing this ? My goal is to be as lean and dry as possible, I dont mind losing muscle cuz idgaf

So Basically going on long walks then eating a big meal when I get home

also, focus on maintaining and growing your height and muscles during puberty, don't leanmaxx to early :feelsgood::ogre:

I'm already set. I dont care to grow taller or get muscular. Lowkey just wanna be really lean

then focus on cardio, and cut out the addictive foods, if you count calories , remove some aspects of your diet, and add more relative protein :ogre::feelsgood::soy:
