if you are still in school like me, how do you deal with missing classes? Do you show up to classes while your face is still swelling?? and if you go to the gym did you lose all your muscle

Do surgeries after school, before college (that's what I did, with the exception of rhino revision which will be during college). Muscles will be lost, depending on how much time you need to recover.
