Quick debloat advice

Hello, I’m 5 10 65 kg 16 and for some inexplicable reason really bloated. It’s not an issue of bones seeing as when I was 60 kg I had hollow cheeks definition etc. Is there any way for me to debloat quickly?

you could take potassium

or if u want it more extreme just take furosemide

but i wouldnt recommend

expecially since ur still in puberty and its most likely that the bloat comes from your diet or your hormones

probably not tbh but im not an debloating expert

No sodas no sugar reduce sodium. Eat less and take about 1000mg pottassium it worked the best for me. Coke zero is a good hack to loose weight but it bloats you the hell up

go on a callorie deficit and eat some bananas or drink coconut water. 1 banana has like 300mg pot so eat like 3-4 a day and u should debloat. Also avoid salt

An extreme meth diet worked in my favor
