So there are 3 basic body types as you may know. They are:
1. Mesomorph - standard "Chad" body type. Puts on muscle easily with minimal fat gain. Big boned with wide shoulders and a wide waist.
2. Ectomorph - "otter mode" body type. Usually either skinny or skinny with a little bit of muscle. Smaller bones, and smaller shoulder width.
3. Endomorph - a bulkier version of the "Chad" body type. Normally someone who puts on fat and muscle easily. Bigger bones, bigger waist, bigger everything.
Depending on which one you have you are going to want to follow the best training methods. This is not only to get you the best results, but it will make you look like you know what you are doing since you "look the part" Heres how to train each body type:
1. Mesomorph - bodybuilding, mens physique training, or any sport involving muscle mass (MMA, Boxing, football, sprinting)
2. Ectomorph - calisthenics, gymnastics, or any sport involving endurance (marathon running, specific marital arts like Thai kick boxing or karate, or cycling)
3. Endomorph - powerlifting, strongman, and other sports involving overall mass and power (heavyweight boxing, sumo wrestling if you want to bloat max, or professional eating for super fat people)
