I starting drinking Huel last year and it is best way I've found to consume enough calories to actually bulk up. It's also fortified with vitamins and stuff, apparently legit from nutrition science perspective:
huel.com
It's pretty cheap and has no dairy. I tried whey before but I felt like it made me break out. Not a problem with Huel.
I like the vanilla, chocolate, and banana flavors. Some of my friends hate the taste but have it anyway cause it's so convenient.
There are two formulas of Huel: original powder and black powder. Black powder has more protein. Each come in a bunch of flavors.
Downside: farts. Too much black powder makes me fart.
So what I do is one scoop black, one scoop white, and add some collagen protein on top for extra protein maybe some extra collagen if it's legit who knows. Also sometimes mix in some MSM powder.
I tried hot and savory but wasn't good enough to skip normal food for. It's like camping food. But liquid powder is a nice morning and evening calorie boost.
Anyone tried this?
