Quick hard/soft- maxxes

I'm still debloating from my bimax surgery swelling rn but i want to ascend more till summer.
I'm 18 now and i want some ideas for quick "hard"maxxes that can be done before summer like lasering acne or maybe bleaching the teeth.
Any other ideas?
