I’m down with a fever, I am feeling a bit sick, should I eat healthy or not? I’m having glucose withdrawal symptoms right now
 
Which one will help me ascend the fastest, I have some luxury Belgian chocolates, some nice loaf of sour dough bread, some cheeses and some salami
