I've been on fin for 2 years and I wanna add dut 0.5 mg once a week, however here where I live they only sell a combination of Dut 0.5mg + tamsulosin 0.4mg, I read about tamsulosin and it's an alphablocker as well (working similar as fin), would it be safe to take that if I can't find dut on it's own?
