quick question about mewing?

theoretically, can anyone get chad facial bones just by mewing even if they are genetically fucked facially or does mewing just allow you to reach your genetic bottleneck? im asking out of curiousity, i dont care about the answer.

Mewing lets you grow better, but it's not sure that you become a slayer.
