Quick question about Reta vs cutting normally

If I ate the exact same macros-calories, exact same exercise routine, and I didn’t take Reta. Would I get the same results if I did take it? Idk if that makes sense but if I did that for 6 weeks and everything was the same would I look the same with or without Reta.
