Does almond milk aid or inhibit test

inhibit.but if it makes you loose weight ,then it can indirectly help your test

I’m naturally or always been skinny should I drink it or stay away

Pretty sure it doesnt matter lol. Individual foods dont really do much for testosterone, and the small changes you could get from choosing one over another are basically none. So long as you have the main pillars of mainly good foods with different vitamins and minerals, you exercise and sleep well then thats most of it

It’s not a switch it’s just for this week I have almond instead of regular milk thanks for th info
