I’ve been chewing on the right side of my mouth for my entire life and since I’ve started caring about my appearance I’ve noticed some slight asymmetry between the sides, one is that my right side is much more compact and also has less fat. The main thing I see in photos is the difference in angle between side of my jaw, again it isn’t that bad but is it fixable ( I’m 14 so I’m still growing )

I think my jaw muscle is also imbalances which also doesn’t help

Also have some side profile pics

FYI this is selfie cam and it’s not mirrored

Another thing o have braces with a strong rubber band on my right side

do I actually need surgery to fix this or is it fixable naturally

Asymmetries are normal in all humans so don't be bugged to much by this, you know the cause, you chew too much on one side, so just make an active effort to correct that, there so many more important things for you appearance you could be doing right now, don't worry about a minimal jaw asymmetry, regardless, there isn't much you can do to correct it besides what I mentioned and potentially targeted training (which I believe is mostly a waste of time).

So does the difference between muscle sides change the way my face looks

Also what else should I be doing other than un fucking my cut and clearing my skin up

Yes... but not. Some degree of asymmetry is normal in ALL the human population so yeah, your face is asymmetrical, but it doesn't matter, it's not significant enough, that's the kind of thing people only notice when they're staring really hard at your face for a while and are trying to find flaws on you on purpose.

Just by chewing more evenly this will be resolved with time.

At 14 I think your biggest focus should be on the health foundations to maximize your development: Sleep, Nutrition, Fitness, Stress and Oral Habits (Body Posture, Swallowing, Breathing).

If you really want to push it, aside from a haircut and skincare, you could try minoxidil/serums on your eyebrows, depending on what your growth prospects are I may or may not use HGH, though completely unnecessary and potentially unsafe, but you should know about it.

...Yes, but no one told you I'd be easy. You're 5'5 at 14 which isn't terribly bad, I think that's about average and your father is tall, so as long as your mother is about average, you'll likely grow to be tall too, I wouldn't worry about using HGH or GH secretogens until you're like late 15, you're still relatively short and you don't have a growth hormone deficiency.

How small is it because sometime I feel like it’s bigger to me because I see myself every day

Yeah, you probably notice it more because you see yourself every day and are willingly trying to find flaws in your face, how small is it? I don't know, I guess I kinda see it now that you mentioned it, but when I was first looking at the photo I really couldn't find anything wrong

Now that you see it is it that bad or do you think that is just the fact that I have more fat and a smaller massager because I use that side less

I man massiter or whatever the chewing muscle is called
