If I aim for a wider, more defined jaw and more flared gonial angles, would it actually be noticeable and beneficial on my face?
I’m trying to improve overall facial balance and masculinity rather than copy a specific look. Do changes like mandibular widening / gonial angle enhancement tend to make a visible difference in real outcomes, or is it usually subtle?
Also, how do surgeons typically approach balancing the lower third of the face for someone with my structure?
