I’m currently skinny fat. I’m confused on what to do. Should I starvemax to like 175/165 and then bulk up and workout and build muscle. Or start working out now and eat at a deficit.

If any previous skinny fat people successfully got themselves out of this skinny fat state please help me out!
 
Get lean first. And then start lean bulking.
You need those facial aesthetics that only appear when you are low body fat%
 
Recomposition, burn fat build muscke at the same time > 300-500 kcal deficit

so just diet to low body weight then start lifting?
