Quick Update on my Brother & The Raw Milk Experiment

So no height growth yet ofcourse, but his skin is clearing up, he had acne all over his cheeks and chin for some months and its almost completely gone and i think thats remarkable considering him not changing anything else about his diet except adding that extra 1 litre of milk

He also feels stronger and looks more toned
