Crack and mix 2 eggs in a bowl then get your hair wet, rub the eggs into your hair like shampoo for a minute then wait for 3-4 minutes, rinse all of it out after then air dry and you should have 0 or little dandruff. (USE COLD WATER IN SHOWER) I thought it would be gross to put eggs in hair but it’s actually super healthy and I’ll be doing it next week to see better results

you have seb derm which also woresens norwooding as you age fix it now or LDAR.

Use C8 and C10 oils; they have short chain fatty acids compared to longer chains which is what the dandruff (yeast) eats. this starves and kills the yeast it eats the c8 and c10 fats, cant digest it. then dies because of it then you scrape them off with a comb

Also ketoconazole shampoo 2x a week

Use a lice comb at the scalp to remove the dandruff

scalp massage as you shower

Towel sponge: Try to remove excess moisture that traps the dandruff (like ur clapping ur hands or in this case the towel on your hair as you pull it upward). after a shower

you might just need to change your shampoo. I used to have a lot of dandruff, but it got better after I switched to a different shampoo, but my hair is much oilier than before
