I know my anxiety stems from impaired breathing from large back, rounded shoulders and thin neck and underdeveloped face. Im working on it currently and its getting slightly better. Are there anyways to lower it in the meantime. Im usually chill unless people look at me weird or laugh at me in public (mostly blacks in the hood). I get the anxiety feeling i guess because i know i couldnt/ wont do anything ro escalate it or defend myself and puts myself into a fight or flight mode. Im pretty big and can fight but knowing blacks carry weapons and are often in groups is what put my body in panic. If my face and breathing were better they wouldnt dare laugh at me and i would be able to do something. Anything i can do to improve my breathing snd anxiety short term so i dont have to be assaulted everyday?
