Quickest ROI trades/fields of work?

I'm currently working and making 800$ a week right now 50 hours a week in order to pay for surgery, any suggestions on what fields of work to get into that I can get licensed/certified to make roughly 60,000$ before I'm 23 (19 right now)


I don't really care what it is, I can shovel shit off the side of the road if it pays well.
