Quiet masculinity is choosing neither. It’s self-respect, emotional control, competence, and presence.

No flexing, no bitterness, no chasing validation — just becoming solid in who you are and letting your actions speak.

They somehow want their cookies for being so "civilized" and "polite" but also cry that these qualities are seen as beta male
