eat healthy 80% of the time I try to be careful but 1 to 2 times a week I crack and I make myself a big fast food menu, the worst thing is that after I am disgusted and I have a stomachache every time but 2 days later I want it again

In short, how to permanently stop and limit pleasure meals to exceptional times (birthday, Christmas)
 
stop being a bitch and realize that shit is garbage and learn to disclipine yourself
