diet is such a big role in looks, I went to eating fast food twice or 3 times a day to being on a diet and my face completely changed, even my aunt said i looked better and my face looked slimmer. Being bloated is such a bad feeling, Berry’s are literally amazing with some Greek yogurt and organic honey, But if your not already diet maxing you should it changes your face completely after just a couple weeks.

honestly speaking my diet is so shit because i've been bulking for the past couple of years (90-160/70 lbs) I grew over that period of time and I genuinely don't know how to go back to the days where I was maintaining, my diet is so shit now and it's so hard to revert it back without starving myself, but I need to cut so starving myself is prolly the best way.

Step one is cutting off fast food, you will see progress in weeks. Then slowly progress into eating healthier don’t jump into it right away. Lmk if you need anything.

Hard to do that because I work at a fast food and I give my free meals to my family; but honestly speaking I don't really eat fast food that much, never have and most likely never will. It's the occasional once in a month thing where my family will go out to eat. But my diet is just bad inside of the house not even fast food, it's kinda like the only thing my diet consists of is bread as breakfast then i eat dinner which is usually rice fish meat and veggies n that's it

Not necessarily bad just eat more fruit and fish and veggies is good that doesn’t even bloat. Just don’t eat like candy or pizza rolls just keep home cooking where do you work?

I work at the Canadian A&W which is honestly the healthier side of fast food, but still fast food regardless. I don't really like sweets at all like candy or chocolate and only have it occasionally; I almost despise all fruits, but the issue w my diet is too much red meat and carbs which is probably fryin my shi; but honesty I've already lost a couple of pounds since stopping the bulk so it's probably not all too bad. Luckily my face doesn't get bloated only my bloated ass stomach n chest but I've always had a big chest even when I was 90 lbs so it's prolly smth to do w hormones (prolly gyno icel)

only fruits I really like are tomatos, apples, lychee, dragonfruit, and watermelon so literally almost everything that is hard to get in canada
